Funeral trip

My aunt Martha died -- she was almost 96 and a wonderful spunky lady. Her funeral was in Kearney, so rather than leave the dogs for nine hours, we took the 5th wheel and camped at Windmill state rec area near Gibbon. We got to visit with my cousins at the funeral - it was not a sad occasion -- more of a celebration of Martha's life.

On the way home we stopped overnight in Aurora and saw my good friend Barb Hruza and her husband Jim. It has been a while since we saw them. We stayed at the Aurora city campground. It is pretty nice for a city campground -- about 12 sites with water and power, and they have a dump. No set fee, donation asked. We had a very nice time.
